Meet the ix Industrial®: This ethernet cable has a robust interface that meets high shock and vibration resistance established in EN 50155 railway specification, guaranteeing a long service life that boasts up to 5,000 mating cycles. The ix Industrial® can do so much more, discover its potential >
Modern equipment design requires a wide variety of components that can meet diverse challenges: Examples include user- and maintenance-friendliness, low investment costs, safety and availability, and simplicity in design and usage.
Functionality in a Wide Range of Applications:
Whether relay sockets or pluggable relay and optocoupler modules, WAGO's array of relays and optocouplers offer a solution for any requirement. Use them in any sector of industry including process technology and power engineering, railway applications and machine engineering, as well as general control cabinet construction.
In addition to the extremely compact size of these oscillators, the advantage at concept of a new design is that theseXOs can be employed in the application at any operating voltage between 1.8V to 3.3V.
Therefore, the customer does not need to order a specific operating voltage such as 1.8V / 2.5V / 2.8V / 3.0V / 3.3V and is much more flexible when using these XOs than when previously using a fixed voltage type XO. The voltage function may also vary during operation of the XO in this range of 1.8V ~ 3.3V, with the variations of the frequency remaining minimal. For battery-operated devices, the oscillator remains functional for a long duration as the battery voltage drops lower.
Due to their very small size, the JO32 (3225) and in particular the JO22 (2520) packages, these parts are suitable for applications in which a compact integration is a priority for the engineer due to the high degree of miniaturization in today’s circuits.
The JO22 and JO32 are particularly suitable for miniaturized electronic devices with very limited space on printed circuit board and suit many IoT and wearable type applications. Both oscillators are also available in the industrial operating temperature range (-40°C ~ +125°C).
TOPJOB®S Series Sensor/Actuator Terminal Blocks
Modern machine control systems can now be easily and conveniently wired via WAGO's new Sensor/Actuator Terminal Blocks with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®.
WAGO’s range contains two PCB terminal block families for power electronics with rated cross-sections of 4 mm2, 6 mm2 and 16 mm2 and rated current of up to 76 A. These compact and high-performance PCB terminal blocks are easy to use and also offer maximum wiring flexibility. They are available in two variants, with or without lever actuation.
HARTING, with its ix Industrial® connector, wins the coveted Best of Industry Award 2018. The readers and jury from the top trade magazine MM Maschinenmarkt awarded HARTING the gold medal in the automation category. For the third time, the prize was awarded to the industry's very best of the best. We are very pleased with this award and would like to say "Thank you!"
With ix Industrial and Single Pair Ethernet HARTING is showing Ethernet communication products and the technology of today and tomorrow. Miniaturisation is one of six trends marking the evolution of Integrated Industry and describing the benefit for the customer. Components and complete machines are contracting in all areas of industry and automation. Digitisation is also diversifying smart devices and de-centralised processing power out in the field. Where large data highways and branched bus systems used to prevail, increasingly intelligent components such as camera systems, sensors and actuators are now taking high-speed Ethernet out to the furthest field levels. They are the lifelines of an increasingly powerful and rapidly networked industry.
CP Electronics, the UK’s leading manufacturer of lighting control products, has grown its range of DALI network presence detectors, giving systems integrators greater flexibility to add passive infrared (PIR) detection to their proprietary DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) networks.
Jauch batteries with CR technology
Jauch Quartz has been involved in battery technology since 1974. Recently we added our own Jauch lithium-manganese dioxide batteries, types CR123 and CR2, to our range. With its potential of -3.05 V, lithium is an ideal negative electrode material for batteries. It results in high cell voltages and high capacities.
Choosing the right battery solution is of utmost importance for many applications. And it’s not just about security: battery packs can also provide a lot of potential. Only through good planning and the consideration of all relevant influencing factors can problems that may occur later be prevented in advance.
Jauch goal is to develop the optimum mobile energy source for each end product and its concrete operating conditions. That’s why the experienced battery specialists at Jauch Quartz work closely with their customers as early as the development phase.
CP Electronics has developed a new range of ceiling-mounted, mid-range passive infrared (PIR) detectors that allow presence detection for ranges up to 15m
Located in the Liverpool suburb of Broadgreen, Liverpool Heart and Chest hospital is a renowned medical facility that specializes in the treatment of heart and lung disease. With the financial difficulties of the NHS well documented, lighting controls from CP Electronics are playing an important part in reducing the energy-relating expenditure for the NHS during a refurbishment of the hospital’s outpatient unit. Moreover, the intuitive wireless design of the solutions, coupled with the consultative approach of CP Electronics experts, helped to make the installation process considerably easier, saving valuable time and money on the project.
